When dragging a document into iPracticeHub for upload, no file appears after it uploads.
Usually this can be solved by clearing your cookies in your browser.
For Google Chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
- Click More tools -> Clear browsing data.
- Untick anything you don't want deleted
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click
Clear data. - Restart your Browser
For Firefox
- In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the
Cookies and Site Datasection. - Click the
Clear Data…button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. - Click
Clear. - Restart your browser
